From basic musical concepts to more complex ones, we believe there's no harm in explaining everything properly, just in case you haven't happened across it before.

We believe that learning by doing is a foolproof way to keep knowledge where you want it - in your brain!
With quizzes, composing exercises and activities on your instrument (or with your voice) you can put your new skills and knowledge into action straight away as you learn.
You'll also deepen your experience of the magic of music, which we feel is invaluable for learning how it works.

We also think it's important you can try before you buy - how do you know you'll want something if you haven't given it a go? We like transparency like that. So keep an eye out for free previews, demos, images and videos so you can really get to grips with something before you decide if you'd like to buy it.

Accessible & flexible
We believe that music and education should be accessible for all, regardless of learning style or current ability.
While we know it's difficult to be perfect, we aim in the long term to make all our courses as generally accessible as possible, so that no one need be left out.
We also aim to have a real human reachable at all times if you need them, perhaps if something has broken or you need help - it happens, but we want to make sure it's a human you're dealing with, not a robot.
